Real Estate One Family of Companies has announced a partnership with the Welch Real Estate Team, according to a community announcement.
The merger, which was publicly announced on Feb. 5 is expected to expand Real Estate One’s presence in the Monroe market and provide additional resources to the Welch team.
The Welch Real Estate Team, established in 2021, includes more than 40 Realtors serving Southeast Michigan and Northwest Ohio, according to the announcement.
The team provides residential real estate services and supports clients through buying and selling transactions across the region.
Partnership expected to foster growth
“We are pleased to welcome the Welch Real Estate Team to the Real Estate One Family of Companies,” Dan Elsea, president of Brokerage Services for the Real Estate One Family of Companies, said in the announcement. “This partnership supports continued growth in the Monroe market and provides the team with access to additional tools, technology and operational support.”
Corey Welch, associate broker, Welch Real Estate Team, said that he is looking forward to the partnership.

Monroe office to operate under Real Estate One brand
The Monroe office will be managed by Tom Long, who will oversee the integration and ongoing operations of the team. The office will operate under the Real Estate One brand at its current location, 1255 S. Telegraph Road, Monroe, according to the announcement. Clients will continue working with their current sales associates, now with services supported by the systems and resources of the Real Estate One Family of Companies.
