Savannah Guthrie releases new video 2 weeks after mom ‘was taken’

Savannah Guthrie is again speaking out about her mother’s alleged kidnapping after more details about a suspect in Nancy Guthrie’s case were released by authorities.

The 54-year-old «Today» anchor shared a video on Sunday, Feb. 15, as investigators in southern Arizona continue to search for Nancy Guthrie, who has been missing for two weeks.

In the new video, Guthrie said, «It’s been two weeks since our mom was taken, and I just wanted to come and say that we still have hope and we still believe.

«And I wanted to say to whoever has her or knows where she is, that it’s never too late. You’re not lost or alone. And it is never too late to do the right thing, and we are here,» she continued. «We believe in the essential goodness of every human being, and it’s never too late.»

Nancy Guthrie, 84, has not been seen since Saturday, Jan. 31, and the Pima County Sheriff’s Department has said they believe she was taken from her home outside of Tucson, Arizona, against her will.
