The Milanese fashion house forged the partnership in 2023 in an effort to support talented young athletes and explore the world of sport. The inaugural Prada uniform featured a black Prada blazer and matching dress pants, a crisp button-down shirt, and sleek Prada loafers.
The brand said it will continue to offer custom formal wear for the team at major international events, such as the 20th Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026.
Following a slew of former ambassadors, such as Zheng Shuang and Li Yifeng, caught up in scandals a few years prior, Prada became one of the early adopters in the luxury sector to embrace sports personalities in China, in a bid to promote a healthy brand image.
