WVU Police seeking help in identifying 8 people

A spokesperson for West Virginia University has told 12News that the eight people police were searching for have been identified.

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Police on West Virginia University’s campus are asking for the public’s help in identifying eight people.

According to a Facebook post from WVU Safety and Wellness, the university’s police department is asking the public for help identifying eight people who are wanted for questioning in connection to a case.

The university is encouraging anyone with any helpful information to contact the WVU police department by calling 304-293-3136 or to submit an anonymous tip via the LiveSafe app.
